Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

To whom is reading Today I have had a very bad experience here at south grafton subway. I suffer from ptsd and sometimes have trouble dealing with certain situations. Today I left the shop with no usual foot long seafood sub..I left escalated and very hungry.

I have been a loyal subway supporter but after Today I will never take my business back to south grafton subway as the customer service and conflict resolution was non existent. Now I was going to offer them a chance to make things right but at the end of the day I live out of town and for them to make good would be unrealistic especially with the management that works here. Beware the subs are half asked made missing serving portions and asked to pay for extras when asking for proper portions ,fresh products are debatable my todays experience they wanted to give me the dried up scrapings off the bottom of the barrel...not hard to make sure your customer is happy. I would have loved to mung on my usual foot long seafood but here I am writing this essay of disappointment and dissatisfaction. I vow to spread word to all I know and more to not spend your hard earned money here as you will regret doing so. Yours truly Long time customer whom is unbelievably...

I stood there waiting for a long time waiting to order at the right spot. 5 staff working. 1 customer at register paying with sub in their hand. No one said “won’t be a minute, sorry won’t be long…” just as I was about to speak up, a girl started my order. She clearly was new & I was very nice & patient. But no one was guiding her or helping her. She couldn’t find the wraps, then daddled around, I could not hear her at all, I was up on my toes trying to yell over the glass counter. She put spinach instead of capsicum, I asked her to swap them out, then she put lettuce straight on with out me saying lettuce, then she took an empty container and just walked off - my wrap was just sitting on the bench. I assumed she was putting it in the dishes but you know what???? I had had enough. I said to one of the other 4 staff standing around - sorry ladies, I will leave it thanks....

Welcome to White trash heaven. It was a shirt visit to Grafton and I am glad. We went to Subway because we have not had it for a long time. The staff were disinterested in being at work. The so called sandwich artist, would have struggled making a peanut butter sambo and the girl at the register was totally confused when we requested the meal offer on the menu board. Then we had the locals, one lovely family outside obviously didn't like there food as it was literally all on the ground under there table. I assume the store was totally understaffed and that this was an off day. Bit if we had to go back to Grafton, we won't be going to...
