Red Rooster Grafton — Restaurant in New South Wales

I have taken my time to review this place, as I really wanted to make sure it was done properly.

The food at Red Rooster is always exceptional. Especially the chicken (which they are known for), but the fries, burgers and desserts taste just as good as their chicken.

Their delivery times are a little odd, but so is ordering food at 2pm or 2am. They open for dinner (delivery) at 5:30PM, but the way the times work works very well with the site, as you can pre-emptively order food for dinner.

Now, onto the service. The service has always been oustanding for the months I have eaten here. The delivery-people are alwaya extremely friendly and helpful, plus, there aren't too many of them, so you get to know them when the same people come to your door with smiles on their faces.

Anytime you need to call them during the day, they answer the phone all the time.

Multiple times I have ordered just when they have sent a driver to Junction Hill and they call me to inform me about that, because the order would be late.

Dominoes and no other place does that, so I cannot compare RR to anywhere else. Communicating with customers is extremely important and RR has that downpat.

In conclusion; Red Rooster's service and food is always of consistent quality, which you cannot really say about any other place in town (especially delivery places) and I would definitely recommend coming here instead of anywhere else if you are starving and trying to get a seriously tasty meal with...

I went to order food at red rooster as I’m a regular customer.. I was absolutely horrified at the way I’m assuming is the new manager spoke to the young blonde girl at the front. Never have I seen such disrespect to a minor when she was nothing but polite and nice…All the staff have lost this spark since the old manager has left which is sad because it was very welcoming and a good environment…Seems like the new owner is on a power trip and needs to get over herself!!!!!!! Also the amount of flys I seen in the store was definitely a big turn off and I will not be going there again after witnessing that kind of verbal abuse...

I'd just like to say i really really enjoyed my meal from Red Rooster here in South Grafton, the chicken was moist and tender and the chips were cooked perfectly. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful with helping me decide what i should try on the menu, the Manager Kyla was extremely helpful with pointing what were peoples choices of meals. It took me a while to decide and they were all very patient with me, once i ordered, it didn't take long to recieve my meal and i wasn't disappointed it was great.
