From the looks of the front, you may drive past this little seafood shack. But don't, you'll be missing out on a great lunchtime experience. They have a small but nice range of fresh seafood for sale, but the real treat is out the back. Their fresh cooked seafood was wonderful, and sitting on the pontoon with fish and seabirds waiting for their share was a great way to relax for a while. Some reviews have stated that the prices were a bit high, and if you are comparing them with the local main street fish and chip shop, I would agree. However, just like any restaurant, you are paying for the ambience. Sitting on the water with a beautiful view, the wildlife and fresh air is a wonderful memory of our visit. The lady who served us was excellent, friendly, and helpful. If you ask, she will tell you what parts of your meal are suitable to feed the multitude of fish and seabirds, or if you ask really nicely she may even give you some scraps from the kitchen if available. I hope you enjoy it as much as my...

Very bad customer service. The server was very rude to us. As the oysters were opened I asked when did they open and if they were fresh. She said they were as fresh as I could see. The oysters were fresh but I believe they were opened in the morning because of the bitterness and greenish colour. We didn't know what kind of oysters was either as they said they are local oysters. The server was short and chubby, she didn't offered lemon either. But most of all THE outside SINK WATER GOES DIRECTLY TO THE RIVER and they provide soap too(see the pic attached). In my opinion they should be reported, also as the oysters are local they get the pollution from their grey water too. Definitely I do not advice to give your money to...

If you're looking for fresh seafood, don't bother! Asked to use the bathroom and was informed by the rude staff, "NO. It's a boat toilet." ? ? Even though it's a 'cafe' - they should have a toilet as a minimum. Ordered the overpriced seafood basket and salt and pepper calamari to find that it was all straight out of a box. Fish was soggy and everything was tasteless. When the sign out the front says 'fresh seafood' i expect them to at least batter or crumb it on site, not just fry up shop bought stuff. I can do that at home for half the price... glad we got tartare sauce included as it added some flavour. Best part of the meal...

We came here on a cold and rainy day, so we bypassed the cold seafood options for some calamari, fried fish and some scallops Mornay. The coolest part of this restaurant was eating on a floating platform at the back. The kids had a lot of fun feeding any food waste to the hundreds of hungry fish. We also had some very friendly service, helping us decide on what to order, extending the business hours to accommodate our late arrival. The lady even offered to take a photo for us on the bridge just out the front of the shop.
