What a joke - ordered from the table QR code system at the airport (this was the highlight of the whole experience) after 30mins waiting for the 'text message' to say my order was ready, I ventured to the counter to enquire. I could not even get "hello" spoke before the server behind the counter rudely snapped "we are closed and everything is turned off - you will need to order else where....the tone quickly change once I was able to advise I had already ordered. Another 12 mins (so 42 mins) I did not receive a text message, instead my order being yelled out from behind the counter by the server ...why ? You know what table I am sitting at and you are meant to send me an SMS ? From there is just go worse as I was sternly advised I will need to get my drink from another outlet within the complex. This in itself was a whole extra chapter. In short TL:DR - avoid at all cost - terrible service even...

The only valley I was in was the valley of disappointment.

I watched as a customer's chips were forgotten as part of their order. The staff member walked across next door (in plain sight) to red rooster to get a large chips. They proceeded to tip the chips into a bowl to serve to this customer.

My smashed avo was incredibly hard to eat with a plastic knife and fork. The toast was rock hard and I'm surprised it didn't break any teeth. The $3 poached egg was cooked completely through!

This is the kind of disappointment I imagine my wife feels when I forgot to buy all of the groceries on her list.

The blonde girl serving is extremely rude and should appreciate that she has a job. Made it look like serving us was too much like hard work, she got the order incorrect and made it clear she wasn’t happy about it. I asked for an extra set of cutlery and we were only provided with one set, that was an effort! Then asked for a side plate, she gave me a dirty one, returned it and it was third time lucky when I got a clean one. She was painful to deal with, and the airport was empty so not busy at all! What a shame that the young crew can’t smile these days and...
