wildbean cafe — Restaurant in New South Wales

I've been coming to this Cafe as my halfway stop on my regular road trips for years, and every time without fail, no matter how crazy busy it is, the staff greet me with kind eyes and a big smile on their face. I notice that this wildbean in particular seems to celebrate their staffs individuality --- I obviously don't know what it's like behind the scenes but as a customer I can feel the staff members shine in their uniqueness and I feel a sense of support between them. Simply woeful. There were 6 people behind the coffee machine after my order was taken. None made eye contact or said anything about a delay as they took 15 minutes to make a single cappuccino, clearly struggling with using the machine. I was the only person waiting. The final product, delivered without pleasantness or apology, was undrinkable. Not acceptable for what should be a quick pit stop on a long road trip.
