Yummy Noodle is offering noodles dishes of Thai, Chinese, and Malaysian cuisines. But I chose to go with Chinese noodles because I guessed the cook was Chinese (I might be wrong). The Black Bean beef noodles was heavy on the sweet side and to me it tasted like Mongolian beef with black bean sauce added. I think the cook used the marinated beef for Mongolian for the dish.
