Zambrero Lithgow — Restaurant in New South Wales

Have been here numerous times but this last visit most certainly left a bad taste. Young girl serving obviously new and not trained properly to make a power burrito. She advised us that they fall apart to which I replied, hmm we’ve had them many times and they are fine. Ordered two duplicate burritos that were made simultaneously but one with more product and the other less. Other staff members floating around but not assisting new staff member nor guiding her when they weren’t serving. Staff member attempted to wrap burritos but had a lot of difficulty. One was managed to be wrapped but the other a complete disaster. Staff member apologized and I asked her if she was new and how long has she been working there. She replied with two days. Went outside to eat our purchase and could only eat a 1/4 of it before it fell apart. I went inside and asked for a plate. The two other staff members had left this trainee inside to serve on her own while they dumped product of some sort outside in the bushes. (Check your cameras 6.40pm) I approached them and said, one of you should be inside with the new girl and helping her and I showed them my burrito and asked if they would eat it. It is not acceptable that you guys charge an IQ burrito that comes with rice, beans, meat and additions, and not putting any fried beans in there. The staff was aware of it and instead of offeing a discount on the burrito or add something else without extra charge to cover the missing beans, they were just ignoring it. When I asked to put the fried beans, they said "there was no fried beans" and then I asked to have that replaced with something else cos that was not a real burrito, and the answer was, there is a $0.50 extra charge,,,,really?. The site was packed so wondering if you guys charge 0.50 per addition, not including the fried beans who knows for how long, then what is the profit there? To complete my burrito journey, my second last bite came with a thin brown elemeny called hair, within the IQ salsa. I guess, that was to replace the missing fried beans. I got the receipt to prove my visit to your establishment so you can ask your staff if at 13:50 pm there was no fried beans to put on burritos. Also, the photo...

Poor experience for a simple dinner order. We were visiting Lithgow and saw this nice looking Mexican food place. Google shows the place is open till 8pm; we ordered at 7 and asked if we could eat in. They mentioned they are looking to close soon so ‘No’. They were out of beans; I ordered a burrito bowl and at the time of payment the girl at the counter said they have no cutlery - no one mentioned at the time of placing the order. When I tried to complain as to how are the customers are supposed to eat burrito bowl without cutlery, she simply ignored and said she doesn’t care how we manage it.
