You hear people say "they have the best coffee in town". Well there was only one thing to do, try their coffee and a piece of orange and almond cake. Now, just to confirm my response, I went back after lunch for a second coffee. They were right. The rich and smooth taste was an awesome experience. Now lets talk about the management and staff You could pick out the owners a mile away. They were in thier supporting their staff on all angles. They were not overpowering and the staff looked honestly happy. I asked my colleague why is there so many staff working and she replied, "it is the busiest coffee shop in Tamworth". So impress with the team atmosphere and I totally agreed with her comment. Congratulations to everyone, it was a great experience, that I will have to repeat soon, twice. Just before leaving our first visit in Tamworth we went through drive through, we love Zaraffas in Newy so it was nice to have a little piece of home on our road trip. We had such a positive experience by the staff, they were interested, smiley, full of energy and enthusiasm they really appeared to enjoy their workplace. The atmosphere of the team appeared to be working really well together which makes all the difference. Mint Chocolate coffee infusion with ice cream and cream 🤤 we got the upsized and I shared it with my husband, I regretted that because it was delicious and wanted it to myself. Appreciate you guys!

Everytime I go to a Zarraffa's I get more and more impressed, the team are lovely and very helpful. The place is so bloody clean and smells nice, we got our drinks and muffins quickly. We arrived for the first time here in Tamworth and couldn't wait to get a drink from here, drive through was crazy busy yet we still got served quickly inside.

Everytime I go to a Zarraffa's I get more and more impressed, the team are lovely and very helpful. The place is so bloody clean and smells nice, we got our drinks and muffins quickly. We arrived for the first time here in Tamworth and couldn't wait to get a drink from here, drive through was crazy busy yet we still got served quickly inside.

The crew at Zarraffa’s is absolutely amazing they are fast tasty and work as a team the team at Zarraffa’s fixed my mistake I put an order in then went to sit back down when my sister asked me what the order was then we had a bit of an argument and the manager came out and apologised and gave us a gift card as a refund I’m so thankful for this manager and extremely happy with how the coffees ended up in the end the ISSUE WASNT THEM IT WAS US the team then asked if we wanted them remade overall extremely amazing customer service this is truely a coffee shop that cares about...
