Big Mamma's Pizza — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

Ordered 4 pizzas and a pasta. -1st issue was they increased the payment to include an eft surcharge even though I was paying cash -2nd issue, when I got home with the pizzas they made an error and we had the wrong pizza -3rd issue, when I went back to get the correct pizza there was no apology or acknowledgement of their error. They were quite rude -4th issue. I get home with the new pizza and there was NO pizza sauce on it. Dry crusty bread with a few sprinkled toppings.

Two pizzas in the bin. Pathetic organisation and customer service. Terrible pizzas. Who doesn’t put a pizza sauce base on pizza!

For some reason I cannot reply to your comment. Yes the surcharge was waived, but shouldn’t have been added. I never got an apology for the incorrect order or having to drive back. And I would love to upload photos of the pizza that you believe had sauce on it. There is nothing on there and I am happy to bring it to you tomorrow and show you. I haven't be to big mamma's pizza for a while now, last time I was there I notice they were cooking my pasta in tetra pack milk instead of cream and the pasta was terrible,that's why I haven't been there in a long time.To night I ordered 3 pizzas and to put it straight they were disgusting no fillings, dry bases lucky to be 6 little pieces of pineapple on a ham and pineapple pizza , that bad I took one bite ,look over at the rest of my family eating and they said it was the worst pizza they have eaten. Gave 3* because the pizza was tasty with a decent amount of topping. BUT the service from the young girls and boys had a lot to be desired. My pizza sat at the edge of the bottom oven for 5 minutes while the young girl waited for other orders on the top oven to come through to hand out to other customers. She was doing this because she was only going with the order of the paper orders clipped up on the order board. She should be taught how to extract a pizza from the oven and match with the paper order on the clip board so those pizzas don't go cold!!!!
