The broth, the noodles, the beef, the fresh herbs, veggies & hot sauce. Very Traditional Vietnamese. $15 piping hot bowl! Delicious. Taking orders with 2hrs notice if you see the food truck closed between Tuesday - Friday’s. Otherwise always open and ready to go on Thursday & Friday’s.

Had a glorious feast at the Vietnamese food van last night. Ordered the sticky rice dumplings with beef, spring rolls with salad and noodles and the bbq chicken with steamed rice, with everything cooked to perfection. Good mix of spice and freshness, will certainly be...

Definitely check this place out, i won't be going back to "Roll'd" from now on this is my new go to for good Vietnamese food!! Food was amazing and fresh, the lady who served us was so sweet, and so much more affordable than anywhere else in the area....
