2 years later, after 3 years of going here, I update this review to say... Same great food. Same awesome staff. Prices still good. Food still great.

3 years later now... No change to my opinion. Literally updating this because I'm about to order takeaway.

4 years later... Just went for takeaway 🥡... Big surprise... It's still the same. They still don't do dine in which is a little sad but hey that's not a major problem. Covid sucked the life out of many places that way. Spicy Satay Chicken yum... Did the Fried dimsims and we ate the 6 of them between me and my gal on the ride home. 😁 Now I wanna go to the fridge and get left overs. Doing the update mainly cause I added the takeaway menu from my 2 huge boxes of food we got. Soooo nice.

I do find the negative reviews interesting here. Especially the ones speaking about flavours and such. Many people are used to having Chinese food that is so heavily hit with MSG that it takes your taste buds and slaps them into next week. That's not what they do here. I'm not sure what went wrong, the black pepper beef was watery but with a milky appearance like it had corn starch mixed through it, tasted a bit more like a stroganoff. The chow mein was essentially all onion, there was no beef through it but what was most concerning is that it seemed to have canned ham/spam mixed in and it was bland overall. Fried rice was dry, there were white parts throughout like it had just been mixed through with normal rice afterwards, very strange. Anyway, very disappointing, probably won't be back...

Love the food, when I can get it. Very unreliable, says open weekdays 11:30-2pm then 4:30-8pm dinner, however tried contacting 2 times last week at lunch & twice this week at lunch & there was no answer, drove down to see shut on the door. Now the phone message says shut today, but doesn't say if that's only for lunch, or dinner, or both?

Very confusing & a shame, need somewhere more reliable & that will communicate when they're open/shut better. Please specify shut for dinner/lunch/both so...
