Domino's Pizza Palmerston Nt — Restaurant in Northern Territory

Ordered and paid online for pizza and chocolate Churros to be delivered, but they came without chocolate. I called up to ask for chocolate to be sent and was told 45 minutes as they wouldn't deliver for just chocolate dip. I gave my delivery address again... 4 times, as they didnt listen. I said I was upset. I then got put through to a supervisor who who greeted me by saying " What's your problem mate ? " I said that I was upset about paying for an item that should have been delivered but now have to wait a further 45 minutes. I said I was frustrated as his staff didn't listen to me. The supervisor then said I was screaming at his staff member earlier , which was totally untrue ???. They never did deliver or attempt to deliver what I paid for, so in my opinion that's theft. Also, in my opinion, in addition to making false accusations, rudeness to customers is just as unacceptable as it would be from...

Placed an online order for pick up for 7:30 Got to the store at7:28 and told there was about 15 mins wait. Paid right out and waited patiently. 3 members of staff came to me asking what my order was. Order didn’t come, at 7:53 I got told my order was been delivered. Then at 7.55 they said they’d marked it off and had to remake it. Left the shop with the order at 8.02. Got home to hubby telling me he just got abused over the phone by a member of staff who told him I had not paid. Hubby checked the bank account and we texted the receipt from the shop. Got sent a text they were calling the police on me. Hubby called again and managed to rectify the situation as we did indeed pay, only 1.2 hour before my forgotten order, no wonder they forgot the payment too. I usually post positive reviews, but this is a different story.

My son who just started working at Domino's Palmerston (it was his first job since moving to the NT) had good trial shift and was given more, only to have them all taken away from him because he was having issues getting his licence transferred from interstate on account of his disability.

To add insult to injury, they haven't paid him for his trial shifts. Its been almost a month.

It's illegal on so many levels. We have contacted the store manager who makes false promises about when he will be paid.

Young workers deserve better.
