The Family Fun event itself was fantastic-with reptiles interactions, the clown that made kids different shapes of balloons, face painting and jumping castle. Thank you for hosting this.

Please please please arrange the outdoor smoking area for the club guests more AWAY from the event next time.

For the entire 3 hours my daughter and other kids have been inhaling thick cigarette smokes from the smoking area on the sides. Couldn't get away from it unless my daughter stayed in the jumping castle. The science has proved how bad it is to expose children in second hand smoking environment. I wanted my daughter to have fun (and she did) but she and I kept coughing because of the smokes. I wish the host read this post and can provide a more children friendly environment next time if hosting an event for children.

The food and the setting are lovely but every time we have attended we ended up waiting hours at the time for the food to arrive. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of promotions on but the kitchen is nowhere as near efficient enough to support a busy service. Gave it a try again,and again ended up waiting for about 1.25 hrs for the food. Not exactly what one wishes for on a school night. The FOH staff looks confused and keep stating that there have been too many orders given to the kitchen together and it has slowed the service. We understood the struggle, but after attempting to dine here for 4 times in a row, on different nights, and being given the same excuse and no improvement we decided to give other venues a go before returning here. First time experience - went for dinner and ordered their steak w/ mushroom sauce with additional calamari on the side, when the food came it looked really nice. However, to my surprise, partner pointed out that THERE WAS A FLY fried together with the calamari. We gave the food back untouched and they came back few minutes after and looked like they just took out the calamari that had a fly and swap it with half fries. Totally disappointing. Otherwise, their cabonara for kids is yummy.
