GYG is my usual go-to in the morning for breakfast.
I like to get spicy guac on toast, with a hash brown and my usual latte. The place is good for lunch as well, in some cases they're appropriate for dinner too - although lunch is a more desirable time for this place.
The service is great, and this one of my favourite places to get coffee! This might just be because of what I order specifically, other orders may leave different impressions.
The downsides about this place is things like breakfast being a lot less desirable when it is busy at the drive-thru. Coffee may not be as good, guac on toast may not even be guac at all (just avocado) - or the bread will start going soggy due to it being made quickly and sitting for a while until being given to the customer. Things like this can't really be helped sometimes though - they're always happy to go that extra mile to satisfy if you're upset with what you've been given (although I always just take what I've been given).
All in all, they do their best. I will be, and have been, a regular here for a long time.

She held my burrito in her hand as she was talking to her co-worker, laughing and ignoring the fact that I was waiting. This went on for around 10 seconds, which is a long time when there is a line of people waiting. She handed me the burrito without even looking at me and continued her conversation, I said thank you and she immediately shut the window. That made me feel horrible. Like as if I was a nuisance to her. I dont recommend coming here. The service is just rude, they always look bored and unhappy, and the food is never consistent.
Sometimes the food tastes good, and other times it's unpleasant. Its pretty evident by the other reviews here that the customer service is bad. Please work on this. And dont reply to this review with the same generic response you give everyone that writes an honest review that doesn't suit your standards. Do a thorough check on your employees because the ones who lack decent customer service skills are the ones driving...

I reached out, but after four days, no one had any answers. When I called today to see if I could get the same order instead, the representative told me I was being rude. How is asking a simple question considered rude? This is by far the worst customer service experience Iβve had. Whatβs most frustrating is that people seem to listen just to reply, rather than to actually understand. The supervisor didnβt even check if there was any information on my case, despite me providing the name of the person I previously spoke to. He acted like he was above it all.
If the food wasnβt good, I wouldnβt bother coming back. But now, either give me my money back or replace the meal. Thereβs no need to insult customers, especially when theyβre just asking for the service theyβve paid for. I donβt want to say anything more, but I sincerely hope upper management addresses the behavior of these staff members. They seem more interested in being condescending than actually...
