Order was made in 10 minutes.
Had a triple cheeseburger meal in a large size with a vanilla shake instead of a coke.
Triple cheeseburger: tasted a little cold. Chips: not hot but edible.
Shake: a perfectly fine shake and the machine was working, so they get points for this one.
Brand new store with a nice new playground, not for very small children and toddlers. The toilet had urine in it and toilet paper was on the floor but I donât believe the mess was very old.
Not a terrible experience but not among the best experiences and I must admit I was expecting a little better given how new the store is.
Hopefully next time I come I can update the review and write something a bit nicer. Iâll give it another chance and hopefully this is a one off experience.

It was honestly the worst customer service I have received in my entire life at any McDonalds Australia wide. If I could give minus stars I would.
I got to the speaker and ordered 6 hashbrowns, when I got to the window the overweight girl at the counter said â$4.70â with the screen saying 2 hashbrowns, I proceeded to say I had actually ordered 6 hashbrowns, to this I was responded with âumm no you said 2â, I again said I asked for 6, with a large huff she begrudgingly changed the order and then charged me the correct amount of $14.10.
I then drove to the pick up window where I was handed my bag by a guy in a grey shirt with brown hair (wearing no hat or hairnet), my bag was almost thrown at me and if I wasnât as fast as I was he let go of the bag that so quickly it would have fallen to the ground between my car and the wall.

   Read moreNever been one to complain but this needs to be shared. I placed an order on a teller successfully on a Saturday morning but no receipt was printed. I waited and told one of the workers that I wasn't given a number as I continued to wait for my order. I was told that my order didn't exist, so I showed the manager my proof of purchase on my bank records via phone. They had taken my money. The manager said "the amount is pending so it didn't work. You need to contact your bank." I explained that is how tap and pay works and the amount has 100% left my bank. She refused and said "I can't do anything."
After many minutes of trying explain that they had taken my money; I was told to leave and contact my bank.
I left with nothing but them taking my money. I'm now disputing it through my bank and trying the get the amount back. It's not just a couple of dollars either, it was an order for my whole family.
