Very nice coffee. Visited twice here, whilst staying at the Riverbend caravan park. 1st visit I had a pasty, Soooo yummy and the kitchener bun was Awesome, was so full afterwards, but still drank my yummy coffee. We also bought hot cross buns and jam roll cake, both very very nice. The hot cross buns had a taste that was like cake mix, toasted up nicely, back in our caravan. We visited the next day, with our caravan, leaving for Copi Hollow (Menindee) N.S.W. Had to stop for a coffee and this time, got a steak and Mushroom pie, So Tasty. The staff were happy and shared a laugh and conversation with us on both visits. Very welcoming to everyone walking in. Such a pity Paringa is not 'promoted' very well, this little town has such potential for so much more if there government would do something about it.

In my search for the best pies in the land , We ended up in Paringa, a small town just outside of Renmark , The Paringa Bakery located in the heart of Paringa with an extensive range of cakes, pastries and coffee . The staff were very friendly and helpful, my pie was tasty but the pastry was a little hard and pale and not to my liking .

Friendly staff who directed me to the Harold Cottee orchard where I got a full tour! Lovely vanilla slice that I enjoyed at nearby river.

I'd ever I'm travelling through the riverland, I always stop here. Always. I've been travelling through the riverbanks for years, and generally around Christmas and new years, and I never pass up an opportunity to step in here and grab something - anything - from their wares. My most recent experience was travelling through just before Christmas with my family, and one of the staff members held the door for me to be able to get my double pram through the door. I was able to sit and wait for my husband and son (who were at the toilet at the time) and feed my twins while he ordered. The staff are absolutely lovely and full of character, the food is delicious, and if you're ever travelling through, make the time to duck off the main drag and duck into the bakery, it's...

We needed a little nourishment prior to continuing our adventuring in the Riverland - our next stop was to be Woolshed Brewery. I felt like a pastie was going to hit the spot. My better half went in and purchased 2 cheese and bacon pasties, a bee sting to share and a large coffee to. We sat at the chairs and table at the base of a lovely old tree in the park across the road. The pastie was devine - good pastry and plentiful of yummy filling. The bee sting was to die for ... so much cream ... The coffe was good and we left feeling very satisfied. I can highly...
