Can't review the food as we didn't get to eat, but I can comment on the lack of service . Checked the internet for a lunch venue & saw this place open till 2pm, went for the half hour drive to get there & give it a try. Got there at 1pm, neatly set tables but no other diners at all. Asked for a table for 2 & were told we couldn't be seated as all the tables were booked. No signage outside to say whole restaurant was booked out, no offer from disinteresterd woman behind counter of a take away service, no nothing except unsmiling silence. Spent our lunch money elsewhere, walking back to the car 35 minutes later & restaurant still totally empty with neatly tables, in my opinion set for dinner service without having to be messed up for 2 lunch diners. I ordered the lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork and fried rice for $16.50. At the counter I was advised that there was a $20 Eftpos min, no clear note of this online, but the waitress allowed me to Eftpos “just this one time” after speaking with the manager. I wish the food was worth it. The mains had soaked up any little sauce on them making them soggy, stodgy, and tasting primarily of oil - absolutely no vegetables. The pittsworth Chinese is very hit or miss, sometimes it's the best Chinese I've ever had and sometimes it falls a little flat, it's never awful or inedible though. They are currently in the middle of changing owners so I understand that it's a bit of a fumble. They always have the food hot and ready to eat when they say and even give away prawn chips sometimes if they took a little longer.
