Two weeks ago I purchased two vouchers off groupon to use at the Locavore Restaurant at Voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley it was for Two people: five-course degustation menu with paired wines and the vouchers were to expire on March 10th 2020. I did not make a reservation upon booking as they were purchased as Christmas gifts and they were going to make a reservation once they got the voucher. This afternoon as I logged into groupon to see the reservation availabilities, it displayed as there was none at all, so I made a call to the Locavore Restaurant and spoke to a women and explained that I wanted to know the reservation availabilities up until March 10th. She advised me that there was absolutely no reservations available until April, I asked her how come I could purchase a voucher online but then not have any way of making a reservation, she told me that it's not their problem, they will not honor the voucher and to call groupon. This is absolutely appauling service. To be able to purchase a voucher online but then not have enough reservation spots to cater for people leaving them with a useless voucher and out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Not good enough at all. I will now have to go through a lengthy process with Groupon to receive my money back and with less than 48 until Christmas I now have to rush around and try find...

They were so thick that the centre of the ravioli was al dente, but the thick edges were raw. The goats cheese was off. Yes I know goats cheese can be sharp but this was sour. Perhaps the food turn over is so slow that the food is going off. The fish appetiser was a raw ceviche. Well that's ok but it doesn't say raw...

Recommend: entree-Gnocchi with popcorns; main-duck leg; dessert-...
