OTR Port Augusta is an absolute gem for travellers! This place truly has everything you need in one stop — clean restrooms, a wide range of food and drink options, and a well-stocked convenience store. The addition of Hungry Jack's is a big plus, especially when you're craving something familiar on a long road trip. The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. There's plenty of parking space, making it super convenient for both cars and larger vehicles like caravans or trucks. Whether you're just grabbing a quick coffee, fuelling up, or taking a longer break, OTR Port Augusta is the perfect stop. Highly recommended for anyone passing through!

I've used both this OTR and also the other one in Port Augusta, but if towing a caravan this one is a lot better. Plus, I find the staff here friendlier too. I tried their $4 pie - even though it's somewhat on the smaller size - it does actually have chunky pieces of meat in it and is quite tasty. Coffee is good too. Am also impressed to see a dump point. It's a shame though, that due to people parking willy nilly, this is not always accessible. Same with the long vehicle parking - very annoying to see one car in the space a car and caravan have been allocated.

This is a really wonderful service station there's everything here that you will need and good service and good stuff as well thank you very much. Just one thing I want to mention at the side they have the trailer and caravan parking because they are longer loads but it's often completely fill up with cars perhaps if they make some part for cars and some parts more clearly marked for RVs the area could be shared better maybe painting big letters in RV in some of the parks and then saying do not park RV only for example.

Having driven up from Port Lincoln on the way to Adelaide, I thought this would be a good place to eat a quick lunch. Boy, was I wrong! I ordered a steak sandwich with the lot from the menu. After about 15 minutes I was served 2 pieces of toast with a thin piece of 'steak' between them. Nothing else. I protested and was told that I had only ordered and paid for a 'steak sandwich', not one with the 'lot'. I pointed out that the only option on the menu was 'steak sandwich with the lot', and that I had paid the full price of $11.95! Eventually she apologised and said she would 'fix' it. 15 minutes later I was served a 'steak sandwich with the lot' consisting of 2 pieces of toast with a thin piece of 'steak', a slice of cheese and a couple of pieces of bacon. When I asked about lettuce and tomato, I was told they didn't have any. Practically speechless by this stage, I failed to ask about the other missing ingredients one could also reasonably expect of a steak sandwich with the lot - e.g. onion, egg, beetroot. (Okay, I didn't mind not being served without the beetroot). The person in charge (using the term loosely) mouthed another mechanical apology, her entire body language saying dilligaf. One bite of the salty, dry 'steak' was too much and I left. Zero value for money, zero care, effort and customer service from the staff sums up my...

Absolutely avoid this crapshow.

Stopped there on the 20/10/23.

Waited for over 20 minutes for at least 3 vehicles just parked at the bowser whilst traffic just jammed up and most left. Vehicle owners selfishly sitting inside eating or waiting for food at other areas as not waiting in line to pay. Absolutely no management of inside or out side of premises. Whoever is the manager deserves to work gutting fish as you have no idea in this role.

One poor girl alone on the counter making coffees whilst trying to serve people paying for fuel- in the middle of the day at a probably 20+pump servo on the major highway. Similar review 3 months ago. Clearly nothing has changed.

Toilets were disgusting (according to wife)

Drive another 200 metres down the road to the Coles Shell which also had cheaper fuel.

Cant give a zero score or would. Never again. The Ceduna one is also disgusting and have avoided...

Today I went into the new OTR on the Westside of Pt Augusta, I was quite surprised at the revamp of the shop, I was greeted by the young man at the counter and placed an order for a hotdog and milkshake,$8 but then was told the hotdog could be anything from a plain hotdog ,to one with the lot, (cheeze, bacon , sauce etc) , this was delivered to me as I sat in the dining area, also impressed at the picture wall mural of old Port Augusta, once finished as I made my way to the door a young man taking photos of the shop I asked was he the owner, no but he was part of the establishment he asked if I'd answer a couple of questions, Re service the food etc etc I told him I was very impressed with everything, and thought the full wall mural was very impressive of the old Port he thanked me for my input and said he would pass it on at a meeting he was attending today,...
