Dôme Café — Restaurant in Port Hedland

As the comment below mentions a full menu needs to be up and running. I was actually promised a job in reopening the kitchen to a full menu all day . I was willing to move my family from the United Kingdom and move to port hedland to get this menu up and running I actually signed a contract and was excited to help the community get a dome reopen to normal hours but dome pulled out last minute. And the company wonders why there is so many management positions throughout western australia maybe they need to start recruiting management in head office that actually know how to source good people that will be loyal and hard working. We went with family who ordered first. When we ordered we gave the same table number and ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks. We sat down and waited. Only one drink arrived in a glass after the others, but when we checked we had only been charged for one drink. We then waited after the first order for our family arrived but our food did not arrive. When asked the waitress to check where it was she went to find our and the seconds later another waitress brought out 2 take out boxes with our food in. When questioned about it being in take out boxes she said she could put the on l plates if we really wanted - we just ate the from the boxes as didnt want to wait any longer as he rest of the family had already...

Absolutely terrible. First thing, most tables had dirty dishes on them. They had more staff than customers so no excuse. Secondly they didn't have any quiche left. Nobody let us know for 20 minutes. Had to order something else. Thirdly, order a flat white, take a drink and the coffee is cold. I mean ice coffee cold. Also took 20 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 tea out. Then told just after I receive the coffee that it's time to go. Staff were terrible and had no idea what they were doing. 4th the place is in a state of disrepair.
