Absolutely THE BEST fish and chips in Port MacDonnell! There was a line up to order which moved quickly and orders were coming out fast and fresh and hot! I was on my own so I ordered Flake and chips with a tub of tartar sauce. I was expecting at least a 20 minute wait but was pleasantly surprised when my number was called less than 10 minutes later. Although there is plenty of gifts and souvenirs to have a look at while you wait.

My fish and chips were handed to me in a BOX! Which i thought was wonderful because that makes eating them on the beach so much easier!

The flake was cooked perfectly!. It was fresh, hot and really tasty white fish. The batter was amazing. Crispy batter and moist fish. Superb! The chips were amazing! Golden and crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle.

The prices are extremely reasonable. I paid $12 for a single serve of Flake and Chips. $4 for a giant home made Mars Bar slice which was beautiful. It was gooey and sticky and tasty - everything that a Mars Bar Slice should be!

It was the Easter Saturday that I visited and the staff were all happy and helpful though their most busiest time of the year! Well done to all of you!

Parade Fish Shop is clean and tidy with seating available both inside and outside. Or you could go directly across the road and eat your meals on the picnic tables available or you could take your meals down to the beach, like I did and eat on the ocean!

There is also a selection of ice creams, cold drinks including thickshakes and milkshakes and hot drinks available, as well as home made baked treats like Lemon Slice, Mars Bar Slice and many others! It was sad to only be able to choose one for myself!

I will DEFINITELY be back! I highly recommend Parade Fish Shop when you are visiting...

FAST SERVICE!!! Best chips, every time! We no longer eat chips anywhere else in Victoria instead we look forward to coming down this way and enjoy REAL deal chips! Flake is always amazing too and so are their scallops (Yuuum!). We had things every now and then over the last 3 years (probably about 30 times) and can only say they are quick with service, have some amaaaazingly addictive slices, freshest flake, and best chips in the world! Don't know much else as these are our favourites but they love what they do so wouldn't surprise me if other stuff is amazing. Thank you for you care! BLUE FISH AND CHIPS is...

Frozen fish 🐠 I'm not sure why there reviews score is so high. New owners and definitely not the same service or food I received a year ago. Frumpy looking lady serving us was rude and answered our fresh fish question with No as you can see they are only lobster boats out there. She was a lady on a mission no smile and looked like she just got out of bed with the clothes she had on. (No one else waiting ) but still in a hurry . Thank you so I paid $39 for frozen food flake & chips that were absolutely tasteless , Batter and...

This is the ā€˜go to’ place for fish and chips. I love the scallops… its so hard to get decent sized let alone perfectly cooked (not rubbery) battered scallops anywhere. I am so glad in the years i have been driving through, i can rely on the perfectly cooked, not too greasy, food from here. There is a great selection of other items and souvenirs too. (I also grabbed a a takeaway container of chicken salt those emergency times you need decent chicken salt). Great job team… def worth the 4hr drive to See you again.

Staff are always so friendly Food is delicious Service is on time even when they're busy, you are not waiting toooo long. The shop also sells local artwork, gifts and there own can coolers, which look pretty cool. Affordable too. Eating area inside and outside is kept clean and tidy. Thankyou for our beautiful tasting seafood baskets which we ordered on Mothers Day for our relaxing lunch by the waterside.
