Breakfast here is always lovely. Staff here are very friendly, I personally think this place has some of the best service in Toowoomba! The meals and drinks came out quickly while the store was more quiet, we ordered a Highstreet and a Silk. Both were good, the silk had a little more hollandaise sauce then needed, otherwise everything was good. The prices are very reasonable for the size of the meals. I've been to this cafe multiple times and will continue to return.

Lovely place for lunch or a coffee with some friends. The coffee and Chai Late went down smoothly. The staff are friendly and source the ingredients for the menu locally. Good to hear that they use free range eggs. Seating is available both indoors and on the balcony outside. The fritters and salmon was delicious, as was the Kranksy sausage, eggs and hash browns.

This was a great place for me in 2 weeks at Toowoomba. Firstly, the coffee is great. In addition, it is just a coffee shop but foods is beautiful with good price. Secondly, the trading hours starts early morning until late night in whole week. It is convenient for me as a coffee addict. Finally, I high recommended due to a lot of local customer coming every day.

My partner went to Aromas Toowoomba with her family for a birthday dinner. Despite the best efforts of their waiter, the food took about one hour to emerge from the kitchen. The place was not particularly busy, and the reason given for the delay was that a well-done steak (as ordered by my partner's elderly grandmother) took 45 minutes to cook. Why this wasn't mentioned at the time of ordering is bizarre.

The nice waiter closed the door on request from the group (as it was quite chilly) only to be chastised by a superior very loudly and publicly, with the clear intent to humiliate the poor man. When the grand slow-cooked well-done steak finally emerged, it was asked why other simpler meals were still uncooked despite the long wait time. The aforementioned superior very rudely dismissed this.

Eventually, after eating the mediocre, small-portioned and overpriced meals, the group left before the birthday...

Service was very average, servers didn't seem like they wanted to be there and were grumpy. Thought this was a one off but the second time we came back it was just as bad. Had to ask 3 times to get the table wiped off from the previous guests mess, even though that's where they sat us. I had rung to book a week ahead of time yet they didn't know anything about the table and seemed annoyed they had to move tables to accommodate us . Couldn't count to give us the right amount of cutlery for the table and had to ask twice for the extra sets of cutlery to be given to us.

All of our dishes were cold by the time they got to us 45 minutes later, food did taste okay enough though. Decent selection on the menu for vegetarian options is one positive.

Definitely won't be back. No patron should have to feel like they are an inconvenience simply by...

We aren't from Toowoomba but each time we come over we meet our friend and her family at Aromas for breaky and it's great. We have been going there for over 5 years, before we had children. When our 5 year old was a baby we took him along with us and then our second baby too. I am not sure if Aromas have had the same owners all that time, but the staff have always been very accommodating of our young children and we have always felt so comfortable and relaxed. At our latest visit our boys had a very special treat of pancakes and ice cream and a hot chocolate for breaky, I had delicious eggs benedict with bacon and avo and hubby had the breaky croissant. We all...
