Millaa Millaa is a quiet little country town with a very interesting main st. Barista in the Mist matches the cosy, inviting vibe of the town. The owners are welcoming, warm and engaging, I ordered the big breakfast. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting it to be that big or that good. Pleasantly surprised it was both big and delicious. The Bacon was tasty, the bread seemed fresh and great quality and the rest of the assortment was equally delicious. My only two small gripes, I prefer my eggs seasoned when they’re being cooked. Adding salt and pepper later just isn’t the same. I’m not sure why cafes stopped seasoning while cooking (or why I keep forgetting to ask). Also the coffee which was good but maybe a little safe. It didn’t have a heap of flavour (maybe I need to ask for an additional shot in the future)z

A must for breaky! You won’t be disappointed Incredible coffee, made to perfection and they use chocolate flacks which is the perfect touch Very accomodation for gf We had the large breaky wrap which and the open chicken with added bacon on gf bread Cakes and muffins look delightful Shop is run by a lovely couple and the place is very wholesome

This place was a welcome stop after a wet n windy ride up the mountain. Coffes were awesome in real mugs... the ham n cheese toastie was crammed full of meat and the local hot chilli relish put fire back in my soul !! A real sandwich even hardened bikers would be challenged with... so maybe not for light weights or Kawasaki riders !!!😁

Beautiful staff, so helpful and welcoming. Had great chats with them, genuinely nice people with buckets of information about North Queensland. They got a map and advised us on where they would recommend us to go while we are in Cairns. As a backpacker, local knowledge is often the best knowledge and to be so welcoming and kind was just beautiful. To be honest it really was the cherry on top for our waterfall circuit trip. The coffee and food is pretty amazing there, really decent portions and the ambience of the Cafe is just perfect. Very relaxed, clean and friendly. Will definitely be dropping in again if I'm ever up that way! 5 stars location, people and food/drinks. Thank...

100% our best Aussie hospitality experience so far. We were just a few road weary travellers, welcomed with open arms and love by the Barista in the Mist folks and given big delectable plates of food, topping it off with an amazing hot chocolate. We Loved it so much we came back for breakfast!!! Delicious coffee, flat whites and fresh milk! We were fed so well unfortunately indulging in their wide array of pastries and goodies didnt happen. Guess well have to go back! Definitely recommend! Go out of your way! Need just a tasty dessert? GO! Find this Gem, this little piece of paradise in the table lands and enjoy!! Thank you Barista in the mist! You guys are...
