I do like cheese, and I do like chunks. This is a chunky cheese pie, and I don't know why I was expecting chunks of cheese, but it obviously had chunks of meat. The gravy was baller too. I can't comment on the cheese because I didn't notice any. $7.40 for a pie is up there, but the sauce was free. As it should be. The other thing is a hotdog wrapped in pastry. You've seen them before, and you've probably eaten one, so stop judging me. Bacon and egg roll Barbie regrets settling for a pie.

Best mince, cheese and bacon pie I’ve had in a very long time. Admittedly, better than the NZ pies I tried a couple of months ago. That’s big for a kiwi to say such a thing. How could I not though. Super delicious, full of flavour and hit the childhood tastebuds like —- Wow 😲... We don’t live in Beaudesert or near it. But worth the travel for delicious tasting pies, coffee and desserts. Good on ya Beaudesert Bakery. Well done. You’ve nailed it.

Absolutely love this place! The pies are always fresh, packed with flavour, and perfectly baked — easily some of the best in town. The coffee is consistently smooth and satisfying, just what you need to start the day right or for a quick pick-me-up. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always serve with a smile. You can really feel the local charm and pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Beaudesert!

G'day everyone, Dan the pie man here. Stopped off at the Beaudesert Bakehouse for a cheeky pie and sodge after a tip run.

I ordered a chunky steak and pepper pie, a sausage roll and an iced latte.

The pie was definitely the highlight. The lid was crisp and flaky, while the base was a lovely short crust which wasn't too thick. The two weren't welded together as tightly as I would have liked so expect it to get a little messy towards the end. The filling was divine, with a rich savoury gravy that hit the viscosity sweet spot of not too runny and not too thick; and tender beef chunks that were satisfyingly large without being too big as to take up half the pie. The meat to gravy ratio was well balanced and I didn't feel like I was missing out on either. It was served hot and fresh with no flavour of being reheated. At $6.80, this was a quality feed at a reasonable price, I rate it a solid "A".

The sausage roll on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The pastry lacked the consistency of the pie's and was mostly stodgy with only a veneer of crispy flake on the outside. Much like the pastry, the filling was a mouthful of mush with no firmness or juice. Even the ends were disappointingly soft and didn't give that satisfying mouth feel when bitten. The only redeeming feature was the flavour, bolstered by a healthy helping of onion and white pepper. While I don't remember the price, I wouldn't pay more than Mrs Mac's prices for it honestly. It's a "D+" from me.

The staff were friendly and service was quick and efficient without losing the personal touch. I highly recommend popping in for a pie and a coffee when you get the chance. Just save your sausage roll appetite for The...

Been here a few times and always make an excuse to call in for a pie when going past. Today though was left bitterly disappointed and expectations weren't met as per previous visits. Unfortunately can't even tell you what flavour pie I had. I can tell you it wasn't what was ordered which should have been pepper steak. Initially taking the top off I thought it was steak and mushroom but it wasn't. What looked like mushroom wasn't. I'm having a guess it was steak and kidney possibly. Either way I was left gutted as I watched the wife tuck into her moreish chunky steak. Number 1 priority is give the customer the correct pie, secondly if you are going to give the wrong pie at least still make it a good one. If it was steak and kidney that I had ( but can't confirm ) then it was extremely avg.

Will likely no longer make an excuse to stop when going...

Unpretentious, down to earth, great quality Australian style Bakery, everything looked yummy. We got coffee, a small pastry item and a steak pie. All delicious. It popped up on our Google search as a dine in kind of place and indeed there are a couple of tables in and immediately outside, but it is as informal and basic as it gets. All served loose and in paper bags. Perfect for a quick, inexpensive lunch or a take away coffee but not a place to sit around and enjoy sightseeing. I am giving it a high 4 for atmosphere because it is, as I said as basic as it gets, but if you love basic then call it...
