Waited almost 57 mins for an open melt (chicken, cheese, onion and avocado) impressed is definitely NOT a choice of wording. Not one a staff member approached me to let me know how far off my order was, the 2 ladies in the kitchen eating and continuously touching their hair was a complete turn off. The other hot food waiting in the car ordered from the other lovely takeaway was now cold. Overall experience was disappointing, to top this whole event off my open melt was not tasty unfortunately and cold and seemed to be missing the half of my melt as in the past have received 2 slices. We absolutely love visiting the Billabong Village Cafe. Their staff are always so welcoming & friendly, which adds to create a warm atmosphere. We love the whole menu range - the breakfast menu selection is absolutely delicious, we also love the pizzas, and the burgers are old school perfection. And the tea-to-share always comes in the most devine China ❤️ Best bit about the menu is the homemade touch, and the flavours are beautiful. Such a nice Cafe to spend time with friends & family - beautifully presented, lots of greenery in the outdoor seating area....

I have been coming to this cafe for a while now and never been more pleased, tonight I walked there my steak burger was amazing but wasn't cut nor did they give me my sauce then still gave me a different sauce and had to tell them again that i wanted tomatoe sauce, chips had no flavour, there was basically no chips for me to feed my son and the baby container of tomatoe sauce I recieved was just a joke some things that they are changing should have remained the same due the lack of flavours, quantity all around experience disappointed...
