Domino's Pizza Hatton Vale — Restaurant in Queensland

this place monopolises on having more drivers than pizza hut and more open hours than them. they however in turn give you about 60% less toppings than pizza hut. id prefer to pay the same price, wait 20mins longer so when i pay $25 for a pizza, i actually get a pizza worth $25 rather than pay for a $25 pizza and get some shit i could have thrown together from an aldi pizza base and spare scraps from the kitchen.

the game here is they know they out deliver the pizza hut, and they do by 1000% but at the same time cuz they know there's not really any competition you get like 40% of your average sized toppings per pizza. meaning they are making bank skimming you by not adding what they show in the picture to your pizza you'rs always comes out skimpy without toppings yes?

pizza hut doesnt do that, they just take fricking forever to deliver cuz not as popular. dominos knows it has the market, thus are f'ing us over by skimming on toppings. you pay so much for a pizza you get something you'd expect from a poor person rationing put on a pizza base with barely any cheeze thrown in the oven then delivered to you in record time.

id prefer to wait for pizza huts lackluster delivery sistem than be completely f'd wallet wise by dominos cuz the owner is seemingly a malicious money hungry crumpet. in comparison to the pizza hut owner.

Absolutely appalling Upon calling the store to query where my priority, skip the queue pay extra money order was, I was rudely advised that there was only one driver on I expressed that perhaps that should not be an option that’s available when you only have one driver on because you cannot charge people for a service that you cannot provide I was told my order had left the store and the I was rudely hung up on Whilst still speaking I walked out to the front. My house is a two minute drive. I waited out there, whilst trying to recall the store to ask my question again. I finally got answered and was out there for a period of six minutes my order did not arrive. I explained I did not want my order after the way I had been treated. Can I please have a refund? spent 3 hours trying to get a dominos deal to work it didn't - 33 dollar deal trying to charge me 50 plus dollars. Ended up getting a normal order but noticed 30 mins prior to delivery that it stated pick up. I contacted dominos Hatton Vale to check the delivery status, they said pick up. I asked if there was an option to deliver or cancel? After several minutes on the phone waiting and then being hung up on, I called back and they said order was cancelled and you would have a refund within 5 days (no option to have it delivered) . I have had bad experiences with this company before but decided to give it another go after a year or so hoping things had changed. No. Hopefully the Lockyer valley will one day have a decent reliable pizza store that not only provides quality food but service for the people.
