As someone who works in customer service I am DISGUSTED with my husband & I’s experience here last night. Came through at around 8:30 and we were in the drive through for 40 MINUTES. That is absurd. We were then asked to park and wait for our order in which we waited another 15 minutes before it came out. That’s nearly an hour just to be given our food. I’d be fired if I left a customer waiting 5 min in a drive through let alone 40. My entire order was wrong and had extra toppings added which we made very clear we did not want. I went back inside & had a girl named Rachel serve me , I told her what was wrong and I really only wanted one thing fixed as it was fully & completely wrong. She turned around and told the girl who was blonde making the food to remake my order and explained how it was wrong. This girl who was making the food had the most disgusting & appalling attitude that I have ever seen in my life. Looked straight at me & rolled her eyes while smiling thinking it was funny. She stood there and instead of doing her job she was talking to the other workers around her. It took nearly 10 min for them to remake 3 soft tacos. Again that is ridiculous. Instead of pushing my order to the front to fix it I was put to the end of the queue. They messed up my order completely then proceeded to have a filthy attitude about needing to fix it. Maybe if the person taking orders listened well enough instead of making me repeat my order multiple times & then maybe if the blonde girl did her job instead of having a attitude and a sook maybe it would have been right. Read moreI had a really disappointing experience last night at the drive-through. There are two lanes, I entered mine first. As I was pulling up to the speaker box, another driver raced ahead into the other lane that was free, and staff took their order first even though I was clearly there before them. This felt very unfair and frustrating.
On top of that, I had already placed an online order earlier (a burrito and a burrito bowl, ready for 6:43 pm). I arrived at exactly that time, but was left waiting at the drive-through window until 6:50 pm. I was asked if I ordered a cali burrito, to which I replied no I had an online order. I was then asked to park and wait further even though the app said it was already ready at 6:43pm. At 6:51 pm, staff came out with the wrong order, so I had to repeat my order number and correct them before they went back inside to fix it. The correct order was bought out at 6:53pm.
Overall, I found the service slow, disorganised, and dismissive of the order queue. Online ordering is meant to make things quicker and easier, but this experience was...

She spoke through the speaker box like we we're wasting her time and not ordering fast enough. Like as though she brought her morning fight with her husband to work and took her emotions out on the customers. If she doesn't have people skills or customer service skills and can't smile why is she even hired to work the drive through. Absolutely disgusting, will never return here and encourage other's to be weary of the customer service that is really mistreatment, when a customer rhas a fantastic day they do not wanna drive off discussing what her problem was.
