Went for a Big Jack and had to wait, no worries, after 5 mins in the car wait area out burgers arrived. Wife had a whopper, warm, not hot, it looked fair. My Big Jack was cold, it looked like it had been dropped on the ground & the staff played soccer with it. Totally horrible. I took it back & put it on the counter & informed them I couldn't eat it. The staff response was " what's wrong with it ? I asked them if they would eat it & that's their business if they would ,not me. The manager did make me another one that was hot, not spewing the filling out the sides which I admit was all that needed to be done, not question me by asking what's wrong with it like I'm blind. Then some Muppet customer who was waiting had to stick his nose in & start on me. I wasn't swearing at the staff ( like ha accused me of doing) but I admit I did raise my voice when questioned by the staff asked " what's wrong with it" Blind Freddy could see what was wrong. No pride in their work, staff standing around yapping, no sense of urgency and absolutely no concern about the quality of customer service...When this franchise opened it was excellent now it's crashed & burned,, Sorry HJ East Bundy.... Fail big time. And as for Captain Planet super hero in the back ground,,, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS SUPER MUPPET. I won't be back. Ever again. Worst burger...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent for a midnight food run after work, placed a mobile order, got to the window and half our order was unavailable - understandable for around 1am - but we had already been charged for our order, we asked if they could cancel or refund it, that āisnāt possibleā, went on the app to try to cancel or refund, not an option. So there is no way to get our money back, and after asking the staff we were told just to wait 3-5 business days for our money back and no food, because itās either a full order or a full refund.
I understand itās hard to keep the app availability up to date but at 1am with no customers please update your information. Otherwise find a way to update your app to charge once the order has been accepted/checked in not before confirming.

Those busy moments know how to test everyone, as customers if ordering,collecting orders etc from the main counter be mindful that the staff are working to the best of their abilities.
