Went for lunch today with friends, our friends meal came out promptly while we waited an additional 20mknutes for ours I popped up to the counter to enquire when we could expect our meals. The response from the employee behind the counter was condescending and rude while she walked away she called you won’t get them together because you’ve ordered separately and different areas you will get it shortly. As I sat the meals did arrive, I then sought cutlery where I told to sit and she will bring it, the owner dumped the cutlery on top of the phones and again decided to tell me that I must not expect food to come together she was very angry, another person said apologies but we’d waited for sometime and we simply asked when our meals might come, the owner walked off and returned with the docket all but throw it on the table and said you’ve waited only 20 minutes I went to say just was a question when the meals would come she gave a smug look and walked away. Just had breakfast here. Waited 1/2 hr for our food and noticed that our 2 meals were sitting waiting to be served. I watched these meals for another 15-20 minutes and finally walked up and asked if they were our meals as they had been sitting there for a long time. They said yes and I asked the young server as he brought them to the table why they took so long and he snapped back saying he can’t do everything. Meanwhile there were 3 other waitstaff on at the time. My first bite I realised my meal was stone cold. So was my son’s scrambled eggs but he was hungry so he ate the hash brown. I received a refund for my meal and walked out paying $21 for a hash brown as the eggs tasted cold and dry....

I went here after work to meet a friend for coffee. We were served by a blonde 40ish woman. When I asked for a skinny latte I was told they had lite milk but not skinny. I said I can only drink skinny. Her response was”yep, I don’t care”. I said they should probably get some skim milk in. She did “for one person?”. I told her so wouldn’t be back and she said that was fine. I then said “I used to own a cafe and would never speak to a customer that way”.
