Usually, I would never want to write a bad review but today’s experience definitely warrants that. We wanted to try something new as I’ve heard good reviews about Deganis however charging $5 to change poached eggs to scrambled eggs is day light robbery. We never wanted extra eggs, we just wanted them scrambled.

Edit// my reply… charging an extra $5 for scrambled instead of poached eggs on an eggs Benedict is insane. I was only changing the style of eggs, not adding something new or interchanging say spinach for eggs. I understand you have to have a few extra ingredients for scrambled eggs however $5, bit much right? I would usually totally understand however any other place I’ve been has accommodated. Usually have lunch with my mother once a month. After this last visit we wont be back any time soon. Most of the staff were fabulous, the place was clean, but the menu left a lot to be desired, very limited. I ordered crumbed steak and it was so tuff I couldn't even chew it. Mum ordered steak sandwich with no cheese and when it arrived there was cheese on it, making it inedible for my mother. When I tried to make a complaint the young girl just said "sorry, I guess the cook is having a bad day". The coffee was ordered extra hot, but was only lukewarm when it arrived. All around a very...

Licking the plate, I went for breakfast on Sunday and was astounded by how clean the place was—spotless enough that I could have eaten my food off the floor! It's rare to find such cleanliness these days. I had the grilled fish, eggs, avocado, and grilled tomatoes with toast, and it was unreal. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a good, healthy breakfast. If you're reading this, go and try it! Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service and delicious food.
