Chicken was cold. Till docket was placed in on top of the food. Not very good practice and definitely not hygienic especially now people are very cautious with Covid. Actually considering reporting this store to be checked. Customer service is the worst. The young girl on drive through really didnt want to be there this afternoon and it was very obvious with her poor service. UPDATE: online order made on 06/02/2021 - picked up order and drove home to discover part of the order missing AGAIN.... and the store doesnt answer phone calls. Requested a call back to discuss and that doesnt appear to happen either UPDATE: Another online order made 05/08/2021 and once again get home to find an item missing and once again no answer of the phone. This store must make a fortune from their customers due to all the products paid for they dont get. Absolutely hopeless with accuracy of orders. In future i will be checking the entire order before i leave the drive through window and i dont care how long it takes 21/06/23 tried to order online. Read moreI visit this particular KFC restaurant fairly frequently, and their customer service is always extremely poor. Whilst the staff can definitely improve on their customer service, management should take responsibility to ensure their staff are well equipped with the appropriate customer service skills.
On numerous occasions I've attended this KFC restaurant with an hour prior to their designated closing hour, and on each occasion they have notified me that they do not have the entirety of their chicken menu available for the remainder of the night. I have worked for Collins Foods Group previously, and I understand the functions and processes surrounding their opening hours and the hours in which they cook and serve their main menu. However, not being able to serve customers during designated closing hours is an extremely poor effort on their behalf. Read moreWas pulling into the drive through with my window down, hadn’t approached the speaker yet and the girl says “what do you want” I said I had only pulled up to the speak and if she could just give me a second and I was reading the Sign about their drinks on the speaker, she then said “just place your order” and I said I won’t be a second again and then she says “yep so what do you want”. I said to her that if she didn’t change her attitude I would just speak to the manager, she then acted liked she cared and decided to be condescending in her tone when taking my order. I went up to window and told her to cancel my order and that I would wait for the Thai place to open across the road. Her name is Sophia by the way!
