KFC Urangan — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and large chips separately instead of a meal deal. I was surprised by the other piece of chicken they gave me.

I can understand if it is a meal deal or something but to get 1 chicken with almost the same size as 1 wicked wing and pay for the full price is very wrong. I asked the lady there that I ordered 2 pieces of chicken with the same price. She just said yeah that’s correct and she did it purposely. Wow. Please control the quality, I also worked in hospitality and serving food. Even I know this is not correct. Can you Imagine buying 2 piece of chicken also for a friend and they get that small bits for the same price? I am glad that this is food is just some sides from the other food I am getting.

The lady finally said she can change it after insisting for long and just gave me the look like make fun of me.

I love KFC and I bought kfc from all around the world, from the UK, South Korea, south east asian countries and lots of times here in Australia and this is the first time I got treated like this.

The large chips is also soggy even when I tried it before going back home but I am not fussy about that, I just chuck most of them in the bin. At least the chicken is nice since I waited for it to be cooked as they didn’t have any when...

The most disgusting and KFC I've eaten! Went there yesterday, Sunday the 25th of August around 4:30pm after working a hard day on a Sunday myself, I was hungry and looking forward to a Chicken stacker burger which I ordered, with a three piece feed, which I asked politely for with no wings. What I got was the three piece feed box with the burger stuffed inside that, no paper bag with serviettes or spoon for the teaspoon of potato apparently which was meant to be potato and gravy, I pulled the burger out of the three piece feed box it was shoved in,unwrapped it, it was small bits of chicken mush. I couldn't hold it, it fell to mushy bits on the first bite, my three piece feed was one shriveled up dry chicken wing, one very dry chicken breast, and one eatable bit of chicken. It cost me 30 odd bucks! That's an hour of me digging a hole with a shovel. I work in tourism and will never recommend this KFC....

I ordered a hot habenaros combo burger box with regular Pepsi and a tenders box with solo regular and a plain burger plus an aioli and a sweet and sour sauce etc at the urangan store in Hervey Bay . We were told 3 minute wait on zinger burger. Well 25 minutes later after at least 12 others got their burgers etc we waited i enquired git told waiting on burgers still. Well we got our order nearly 36 minutes later. We got home, looked like a 3 year old put it together and 1 sauce missing which I'd paid for. No serviettes,no spoon for potato and gravy. Oh but we gave you an extra large serve of chips,which weren't eaten as there is only 2 of us. Now i understand that young people work there but surely someone older should be supervising.it wasn't nice at all . Also store appearance was in need of...
