We attended the Kondari for dinner. It’s not usually a place of choice as the food has been very average in the past but we went anyways. We ordered our food. We waited, our entree came out. We waited some more. My partner kindly asked how long our food would be and a young lady checked and told him that the docket hadn’t made it to the kitchen and this was an ongoing issue with their system. She offered a free drink for the inconvenience. He declined because we didn’t need a drink. He came back to the table. Shortly after, the young lady came out and offered a free dessert and apologised for the inconvenience again. I told her we wouldn’t be hungry enough to eat a dessert too so a voucher for our next visit would be great and we would like our meals as a takeaway as we hadn’t planned on staying out late. She said she would ask the Manager. She returned with the Manager Karina who delivered our food and rudely told us we were not getting a voucher because the desk had a sign saying there was a 30 minute wait and we had gotten our food at 32 minuets, “within the timeframe”, she said. Confused we said it was not within the timeframe. She said the docket was in the kitchen and it just took a long time to make despite the young lady who had checked the kitchen and admitted the truth of the situation. I asked for her name and told her we would not be returning to the Kondari again. We aren’t fussy people, we didn’t even care that we weren’t getting anything for free, we just don’t enjoy being lied to and spoken to rudely.

Karina was an absolutely rude and ignorant server. Shout out to the young lady who assisted as well as the Assistant Manager Michael who took our order. They provided exceptional service and we appreciate them!!
