At 8:40pm on 11th on Jan, I ordered a fillet o fish with extra cheese in a large meal with Coke. I waited 7min for my order in the waiting bay. I expected fresh food. I got back to my house which was an 8min drive. Fillet o fish was rock hard and so old and had no extra cheese and chips were room temp. I called to complain about the food. I requested my entire order to be replaced and a refund made. The manager asked if the burger had a sticker on it. I explained it didn't. The manager said that he would only replace the food that was not to standard and do the refund but we had to go in to get it. I explained that the rest of the meal would be cold by the time I got back. When I arrived, the manager refused to replace the drink but would replace the chips and burger. I waited another 8mins. I got a fillet o fish that was over cooked; however it was fresh. There was still no extra cheese. The manager only refunded me $10.80 and the meal was $12.10. The money was in the bag and was obviously thrown in because it was amongst my chips. I had to empty my chips to get the money out. This is disgusting and a complaint on service, food and health and safety and by the time I still got my incorrect order and got back home it was an hour later. This is ridiculous and I'm absolutely disgusted in the hygiene and absolute disregard for service, disease and efficiency. However, the young girl that brought the meal out the first time was very polite and very friendly. Too bad the management can't learn...

Waited in the drive through for 10 or more minutes before driving through and going to the other speaker incase the one we were at was broken. Waited there for another 10 or more minutes before driving through again. None of the employees gave a care about the fact a car was driving through that they hadnt served. This has happened 3 times now and it is not acceptable. Was unable to go inside as they close that part at 10pm but nether the less they should have a functioning drive through 24 hours as they are a open 24 hours fast food restaurant. On another visit i was given my order of 24 nuggets in a box that was not clean (it has red stains on the bottom and on some of the nuggets, lettuce throughout the box and a pickle at the bottom of the box). Read moreI am so completely disgusted that Kirkwood McDonalds thinks giving someone a burger with a bite taken out of it. Wrapping it up and giving it to another customer is okay. Absolutely vile. To not care about something like this is disgusting - it is a Health and safety issue. If others are happy with whatever diseases that are coming from whoever is preparing this food, that's fine. My standards aren't even high, I'd say lower than many with 3 kids I can look past the cold food and all of that. But I cannot forgive being served a burger that someone else has already...
