This establishment is discriminatory against people with disabilities. I went there for dinner with my ESA last night and went back for breakfast this morning and they refused me entry. The manager wouldn’t even come and speak to me directly. It was a highly stressful experience as I had already phoned the night before to ensure my ESA would be welcome which I was assured was the case. Then to go back and be refused entry when I had already defined this as a safe and inclusive space was incredibly traumatic. They did not offer any solutions or alternatives like take away or outdoor seating. I was just met with mechanical responses and aggressive energy like robot cogs in a machine with no humanity. The staff also got elevated and escalated the situation causing me further stress. Overall it was a terrible experience. Had a wonderful meal there tonight. When we first arrived, the poor lady who was the only server was run off her feet. But to her credit she was so apologetic and lovely to talk to. Also the young man behind the bar started to help her serve. The both of them should be proud of their excellent customer service. Made us feel so special, still, in a room with quite a few other tables. The food was outstanding. I was sceptical at first looking at the menu as it’s not so elegant to look at for a fine dining restaurant that also offers burgers, chips and kids menu. However looking past that, the menu items on the front are exquisite. I can highly recommend the lamb strap-back and the prawn and crab hot pot! Incredible presentation and fantastic taste sensation. Then on to desert. Oh my lord we hit the jackpot with the Flourless Chocolate Pudding and the Crème Brûlée! This was so worth the dinner...

Went in for dinner tonight and was quite disappointed. There were not many people in the restaurant but it took over 45 minutes for our meals to come out. My partners steak came out with things missing. I had to wait 2 minutes after his meal came out for my meal to come out. The missing things for my partners meal took another 5 minutes to come out after that. Service was extremely slow. We went here over a year ago and had a really good night, which is why we booked again tonight. Also I asked for the kids menu for our child and got told there was no menu yet and the waiter just read out what was suppose to be on it. Personally I would have printed a temporary menu for this situation instead of listing everything verbally to a child. I did enjoy my meal once...
