Pizza Riviera — Restaurant in Queensland

Disappointed by the service we received from the Heatley store. We had some friends and family over, placed our order at 5pm for delivery at 6pm. I ended up making the first call to the store around 6:30pm and was told pizzas are already out for delivery. I didn’t think too much of it considering it was a Saturday evening I just assumed that they’re busy and slightly delayed. Got to 7pm now I’m wondering what’s going on , so I called again only to be told they don’t know where’s our pizzas. So I tried to be understanding , they said they would remake the pizzas, so I decided to try and collect this time to try and speed up the process because at this point our guests and their kids are starving. Halfway to the store they call me to tell me the delivery person is at my house, so we turn around and go back home. Get home only to find out that they delivered someone else’s order. I called the store again, they told me the manager would be in contact with me. Our guests and family ate what they were willing to eat from what was delivered. Only 1 of the 5 pizzas had toppings that were suitable to us. We are not fans of seafood pizzas. I’m still awaiting a call back from...

I bought from Domino's Tuesday night because they had a 50% off for Tuesday's and let me tell you I was highly disappointed.

For the last year and a half I have bought a half/half Meat Lovers / Hawaiian most days after I pick my daughter up from girl guides, but she likes leftovers so i thought i'd try this deal out.

i got 2 "large" pizzas that are smaller than your medium pizza and there was less topping on the whole of both of them compared to what is on half the half/half that I usually buy from you.

I'm normally satisfied by eating the half meat lovers I buy from you but I ended up eating my entire large pizza because it was so unfulfilling and I was still disappointed in it when I finished.

AND its barely a $1 difference between the prices of your medium to their large traditional pizza. Never going back to them again.

You have re-earned me as a customer for life.

Really dissappointed with the Supervisor who lied to my face, saying my base was a regular base, when it was clearly a thin base. She remade my sons Pizza to a regular base, but for some reason felt that my thin base was what I was going to get no matter what. (I thought she was re-doing my pizza too, when she took it, but she didn’t). Ironic because I had already waited 10 minutes in their hot store, because they got the order wrong in the first place, making another pizza we didn’t order. So I had to wait twice for a thin crust when I ordered a regular crust and still got a thin crust after all that, go figure. Not happy unfortunately, and this is the second order in a row where I ordered a regular crust and got a thin crust...
