I recently made an order of cupcakes to send to Townsville Hospital to say thankyou for helping our little boy. From first contact Jacinta was extremely kind and helpful. I wanted specific icing colours, mixed flavours and I also needed a personalised note written - nothing was too much bother! The cupcakes turned out absolutely beautiful and were delivered on time as requested and Jacinta even presented my note in a beautiful bespoke fashion which is just above and beyond. We highly recommend Blended Townsville for anyone wanting birthday cakes, cupcakes or stuffed cookies! They offer absolutely everything and saved me for my daughters birthday which was very last minute. The cake was incredible, for something so simple and afforadable it was a slice of heaven! We wanted to try every single flavor of cupcake and cookie and they are to die for! We will be returning to continue business with Blended Townsville after having such a good experience. Ordered mini-cupcakes for my class this week. Jacinta was very accommodating with my request (including late Sunday pickup). Communicating with her was super-easy, her replies were quick and efficient. And the cupcakes were just perfect! So scrumptious, not overly sweet, very more-ish. The proportion of cake vs buttercream icing was spot-on. Everyone was very impressed with the presentation – loved the brightly coloured patterns in the icing.
