Oof.. the quality has gone down hill significantly in the last 6 weeks. Myself & work colleagues used to go on the daily but in the last 6 weeks, when a particular staff member is on duty our orders are always incorrect - wrong sized drinks, sold out of stock snacks, missing extras are consistent. I don't know what happened but quality has gone down a lot. The Classic Cheeseburger was my go-to for lunch. Previously it looked exactly like the picture but now there's no onion, barely any lettuce, and a slither of a tomato. It's only so disappointing because it used to be so good! I usually call into this drive thru on my way to work in the mornings. Apart from the 5-6 times they've put through my order in the wrong size its been okay. It's always the same girl that messes up the sizes.

Today I went in and coffee was wonderful and the service was but, my hashbrown was still defrosting. It was so soggy it stuck to the packet. Love the coffee but, I don't think I'll be going back. I'd rather wait in the waiting bay than...
