I don’t even know where to begin with this dumpster fire of a McDonald’s location. Secret Harbour McDonald’s has officially set the bar for the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something.
We stopped by for a quick treat, ordering THREE soft serves. It took a mind-blowing THIRTY MINUTES for our order to come out. Thirty. Minutes. For ice cream. Are you kidding me?
The staff moved like they were stuck in quicksand, completely indifferent to the growing line of frustrated customers. No apologies, no explanations—just sheer incompetence. By the time we finally got our soft serves, they were half-melted and tasted like disappointment. My son, who had been excited all day for this treat, was in tears. Way to ruin a kid’s day, McDonald’s.
The place was a mess—dirty tables, sticky floors, and a general vibe of “we don’t care.” It’s clear that management has completely given up on running a functional restaurant.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers and know how to operate efficiently. Secret Harbour McDonald’s is an embarrassment to the brand and a stain on the concept of “fast food.”

Read moreI’ll start off by saying I don’t complain much if there was an option for minus stars I would give it. Underfunded Ukrainian orphanages are run better than this place. The staff are so ignorant and always try to put the blame of their own mistakes on the customer or UberEats. I’m yet to get one hot meal from this establishment but yet they are always waiting on chips from the fryer or food to be cooked. My last order from Uber eats they were unable to even put ice in the drinks. They provide a sauce option but never seem to be able to put the sauce in the bag or else the correct sauce. When presenting my issue to the staff after number of previous calls and issues, the staff member tried to put the blame on me by insinuating I had drank the drinks, the ice had melted or the UberEats driver had taken too long when I tracked the driver which arrived 3 minutes after leaving McDonald’s. I would love to be apart of the interview process and try to understand the thought process behind hiring some of these staff members. I will always give the benefit of the doubt but these issues are consistently happening something...
Read moreThis is the second time in a row where we did not receive the coffees we ordered through the drive through. The day before we ordered caramel late's which had no caramel, forcing us to go inside to ask for caramel to be added. Once we left and took a sip, low and behold still no caramel added! Today I decided I won't order caramel again and instead will just go with a mocha. Left mcdonalds, took a sip and guess what...no chocolate whatsoever in this mocha. Now I'm pissed off. So I drive back to mcdonalds asked for the manager, explained how this is the second day in a row that we did not get the coffee we ordered and how yesterday when we brought it back it still was not corrected. This teenage manager as incompetent as they come, gives me this smirk with attitude and says "would you like it changed" no shit Susan, that's why I'm here. I just can't believe the look and attitude. Anyway vent over. Dome coffees it is from now on. Better anyway, I was just going to maccas for the convenience of a drive through which defeats the purpose if I keep having...
