When exploring Kangaroo Island, make time for a stop at Beach Day Emu Bay - it was the highlight of our trip. Idyllic beachside location, delicious food (the owner is a chef!), laid-back beach vibes, refreshing cocktails and the best coffee we found on the island! Great for foodies or families alike (there is a great playground right next to the van if you have kids like us). Cannot wait to go back, 100% recommend!!

How civilised to have this excellent little bar with food so close to such a perfect beach. The cocktails in particular were truly excellent and the place was a life saver during unseasonal hot weather. We went there and lurked multiple times during our trip to Emu Bay.

Cute beach shack type cafe on the edge of the beautiful emu beach. We had coffee, which were a bit milky but alright, and these fantastic fat gooey cookies! They had other food and cocktail options that looked quite interesting and would be worth a try.

Absolutely loved having this place down the road for a morning coffee and Nutella cookie...oh my god the cookie. There are no words to describe how good their Nutella NY cookies are. We bought more than I care to admit. Tacos are yum, chips are delicious as are the popcorn haloumi, chicken and tofu bites tossed with honey. The mango mocktail was also delicious.

Great place to relax after a day at the beach or after a dolphin tour depending on your hours. Loved the atmosphere and vibe and especially the Margaritas. So fresh and cold and cocktails galore. Was very busy but didn't have to wait long and service with a smile. Will visit again when on KI :)
