Ocean Crest Cafe — Restaurant in South Australia

The staff at the ocean crest are friendly the atmosphere is warm and comfortable .the fish and chips where delicious and the chicko roll was. Very tasty they do an amazing job and the fish and chips are 8 dollars and are worth it.i love 💕 the fish and chip shop and it has hot dogs hamburgers and schnitzel i packs .spring rolls .and other meals .great for families and tourists and friends the cafe is great. It's a motel has a cafe Built on and it's air conditioned has lots indoor seating toilets and a you can watch tv .has .cold beverages. Has cups tea and coffee the chips are very golden and very delicious the fish is golden and juicy meat that's very tasty .they do a wonderful job they have a drive through and are good for those in wheel chairs. . You can watch sport on there tv plus they've tv on . Does have a drive through and wheel chair entrance .foods fresh and delicious it takes...

Unfortunately we didnt have a great experience here. We bought a take away order for 5 that was completely messed up, only realizing as we arrived home anand opened it all up. Unfortunately we were not given a receipt (we were assured they would just remember our order instead of giving us a receipt) so to go back to follow it all up seemed a bit pointless. The food we did eat was yummy, even though it was different to what we ordered. It was also a somewhat busy night, so maybe...

Ordered the $11 schnitzel, chips, salad and gravy pack for wife which they advertise both in facebook and on their wall only to find out after leaving and opening the pack that it didn't come with the salad.. I had barramundi and chips. It was okay, wife liked it but I didn't like the schnitzel crumb and it was a bit chewy and oily. Gravy was delicious and barramundi was tasty. Chips pretty good. Friendly and polite service. Reasonably priced....
