Pasta Chef Whyalla — Restaurant in South Australia

Genuinely some of the nicest staff you'll meet, the atmosphere, experience, and everything as a whole accumulates into something not regularly found in whyalla. The food itself is grand, I ordered a pepperoni calzone, potato gnocchi with beef bolognese, and a pepperoni pizza.

The pepperoni calzone is great, with a wonderful stuffing, great crust and nice hint of spice. I wouldn't recommend overcooking for a golden brown colour as the crust does get dry if overcooked.

The potato gnocchi was cooked perfectly but please make sure to add seasonings/garnish to your taste as the sauce doesn't contain much, I believe this is to allow customers to adjust the food to their own taste.

The pepperoni pizza came with sundried tomatoes, black olives and pepperoni, all parts of it came together perfectly but for future reference, possibly adding more pasta sauce would be beneficial, whilst this may just be a preference, it would help heavily with the texture and taste of the pizza, as there isn't as much sauce as expected.

Overall, this place is nothing short of great, whilst the issues brought up within the review seem large, it is mostly a taste and preference thing, and I would recommend seasoning or adding to your preference.
