Not geared towards a good customer experience in drive thru. Squint at the backlit menu board that doesn't light up the whole menu at night. Yell into the speaker box and struggle to hear the whisper quiet replies while getting blasted through your open window by hot air conditioner fans. Drive around a stark brick and bitumen building to the pick up window. Hope they got your yelled order correct, because you couldn't hear them repeat it over the quiet speaker and fans. Receive a chicken roll with bones in it, microwaved chicken burger that's still cold in the middle, and chips that are soggy, stale, or not seasoned.

I wouldn't give any young child a shredded chicken product from here. In particular the chicken rolls. I've had a lot of bones in my chicken rolls.

I don't know how burgers can still be cold after microwaving them. Do they not already know exactly how long each item needs to be zapped for to be hot all the way through? It seems like such a simple thing to know how many seconds each item requires. Yet again and again: cold in the middle.

Sometimes this store goes through a phase of competence but those usually don't last long. I've returned to the drive thru to politely ask for more salt on the chips only for them to return it with a hill of salt covering them.

It's a shame. They have a good product. And when the chips are fresh and seasoned they're better than anyone else's in town. It's just a pity that mine are only like that 20% of the time.

The roast chicken pieces have always been good. I've never seen them done poorly. They taste great. Their beef patty burgers are also surprisingly well done.

I have tried lots of different Fried Chicken Restaurant and fast but this one was the Worst. The staff were unfriendly not even Hi or Good Afternoon when I attempted to order I was cut due to another customer collecting its meal. The price is just too costly for what it is. 19,50 for a combo with 3 chicken pieces fries and a small pot of mash potato with gravy and one small mayo sauce. The French Fries were really soft and the fried chicken way over cooked and the crust was hard. The only good thing about the meal was the mashed potato gravy in the tiny cup which was nice. The food is great (when they aren’t out of stock on certain ingredients) however the person that is normally on drive through struggles to get our order correct ( I’m sure she does her best). Also it takes quite a long time to receive your food. Sometimes it’s due to the wrong burger being made but it’s always corrected before it makes it to me (because the lady on counter is awesome).
