McDonald’s Southern River — Restaurant in Southern River

Well we're do I start while I order on the self ordering machine my partner had to clean down two seats and table using napkin and hand sanitizer as I wouldn't even let my dog lay on them. I ordered a quarter pounder in a meal I received soggy chips that tasted like the chips you would pick up off the kitchen floor I couldn't eat them after trying a few I have to ask for them to provide me with fresh ones and my burger was under cooked and made me feel sick. My partner ordered a mic chicken meal with a salad and asked for them to cut up the tomatoes and change the sauce to ailo source that was not the case instead reserved no chopped tomatoes and mic chicken source so once again had to approach the staff there were three staff members on and not a single one answered me to my partner shouted out loudly we then seen them coming out of the freezer were all three were as the were doing a mandatory update to receive mic chicken source again we finally got ailo source I would not recommend this Macdonald to anyone want comfort food early hours of the morning me and my partner will definitely not be going back there I would rather starve myself then eat there again I am extremely not happy with the service provider there...

Our family came in on New Years day around 4pm we ordered through the kiosk table service. store was clean and tidy. Our order was $70 or there abouts 2nd time we've been in to the new store since opening. Understandably our order took time. when it was delivered we were missing a burger servietts and all the chips 5chips to be exact. And so began the long torturous wait where we had to go and stand back in the line twice to try and get the dammed chips meanwhile 2 staff the whole time swept the same spot on the floor watching not seeming to be interested in the steadily growing mix of frustrated customers mostly getting their orders mixed up everyone is annoyed at the staffs indifference and they seemingly are all hiding in the back . Dammed chips when they finally arrived by a pleasant member of staff who couldn't apologise enough were nice and hot but we had waited soooooooooooooooooo long everything else was cold. Who's hiring these people? Why you be like this on New Years day? You ruined a family meal I only get to see these humans once in a while and today was supposed to be a significant moment. All for dammed...

Never usually write reviews but unfortunately it has to be said that this is THE worst McDonald’s I’ve ordered from. First time ordering, we received our burgers. Firstly you could tell both the chips had gone cold or left as they had that stale taste to them, they were just not nice at all. My partner ordered and paid for a brioche bun as he’s allergic to seeds. Nope, no change to the burger. Second time ordering, my daughter got about 3 extra serves of mini m&m’s to her McFlurry, I guess that was a bonus 😆

Went there for a third time for just 2 ice cream sundaes. Went through drive-through and I asked for a receipt because I knew they would get the order wrong. The receipt printer wouldn’t print my receipt so I waited. Get to the next window which was completely unattended and both my sundaes had been sitting there on the window ledge, melting! I had to get someone’s attention inside, the girl came to the window and handed me sundae’s…. Which not only had half melted, one was not correct.

This is really bad for a new restaurant that doesn’t appear to be overly busy.
