T4 Southern River — Restaurant in Southern River

I have been to this T4 for about four-five months now and at first this place was great but slowly regular staff members began to become slack, they are always constantly talking to each other before serving customers and one time the girl was clearly busy and still asked for my order when she ‘multitasked’ i repeated 2 drinks and 1 minute later she was like “What was that again?”

The drinks it self has slowly become to have a bitter aftertaste especially with the Honey Peach tea and Passionfruit tea..not sure why but i haven’t experienced this with other places like myaree and vic park. I love my bubble tea and it’s not cheap for 1 drink is almost $10 so when i come i do expect my drinks to be nice because it’s not a luxury for everyone to be able to get bbt all the time. Everything is always rushed and although yes i understand when staff is busy it is important to be EFFICIENT not racing to just get an order over and done with.

Anyways, this place is great for convenience if you live close but if you don’t often get bubble tea i would highly recommend other places first the snack options here is great though not as good as...

I don't know why they have low ratings on this store and many negative reviews, but for me, the t4 Southern River is the best 🧋🙌✨️ I have visited almost all t4 stores here in Perth (Canning Vale, Cockburn, Belmont, Vic Park, Inaaloo, and Freo except the one in Myaree) I really enjoy t4 like that and I also try most of their milk tea's, specialty's and cream crowns but in southern river T4, they are the best for me because the taste of the drinks is very consistent, with our without ice, no sugar or with sugar and the portions of toppings seem to be a little more than in their other stores (even though the portions are the same in all their stores, because I see them weighing their toppings and snacks from the counter.) and about the service, their staff is helpful, very patient as well and their set up and theme in this store is also cute.

Hope everyone notice that their drinks and snacks are delicious too, just like other t4 stores you go to or just...

I never write reviews for a restaurant, let alone a drink shop but I will be writing my first one just so the owner can read this and tell their staff off because of how rude they are. T4 is one of my go-to bubble tea places here in Perth, never had any problems with the other branches.. just this one.

I’ve been in this branch maybe a few times but 2 of those I’ve experienced was with this rude staff. On both occasions she didn’t even acknowledge the customers, she never smiled, no thank yous and was just on her phone most of the time, she looked lifeless and doesn’t even tried to hide that she doesn’t want to work WHICH probably affected how she made our drinks.. I always have the same drink in T4, and across all branches they have made my drink perfect (uniform) but the drink(s) she made me were bland on both times I’ve been there.

Her attitude just brings this branch down.
