KFC Stawell — Restaurant in Stawell

Ordered over $60 worth of food to then be told that I couldn’t get hot water (for a babies bottle). Tried heating the bottle on the car engine, nope didn’t work. Had to drive and buy some goods at a petrol station close by so I could get the hot water for the bottle. In my abscence my grandbaby was so upset. Next time I’ll no not to go to kfc (as apparently it is policy not to give out hot water in case I burn myself, I could potentially choke too but we don’t worry about that do we 🤣🤣🤣) and choose an option that will add 40 mls of hot water onto there service. Also had to ask for our already purchased drinks and only received 1 out of 2 large chips. Once approached I did receive these though. Eventhough I sounded like a Karen…. Wow... just wow... I've worked in fast food and NEVER did anyone have to wait OVER AN HOUR for their food IN STORE. I could have driven to Ararat KFC, got my food and been half way home it took Stawell that long. 2 other guys had been waiting just as long only to be told that there was a wait on part of their meal. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, the entire time I was there the disabled toilet/baby change table was "occupied" I ended up having to change my son in the back of my car IN THE DARK. when I informed them of the toilet situation it was "oh ok" no sorry or anything. I would have demanded a refund but there were kids present and I wasn't going to make a scene. I was so angry I ended up just taking my food and leaving. Will NOT...

Only spent 15min in the drive thru. Which was great considering it’s drive thru only at the moment. Ordered the biggest item on the menu a “giant feast”. We took it home in Stawell, and the chicken was too hot to touch (which is great! Better than being cold). It tasted great and the staff were very polite and friendly. Couldn’t give 5 stars as one of sides (that we swapped at the last minute) was incorrect. However, they happily, quickly fixed it. Now I’m having a delightful KFC food coma.
