I would not try this place if I was you. Over several occasions I have tried this business for takeaway. On both occasions I have got home to find my order not filled (missing items). The first order I placed were missing 2 burritos. Also, the wings that were in the order to be over cooked dry and not eatable. I didn’t call to complain as we all make mistakes. I discussed this with a friend who recommended to try again so I did. What a mistake that was. The second time was even worse. I ordered wings again 2 rib meals and 2 burritos getting home to find that the rib meals were not in the order. This time I called and complained and was told by the gentlemen (the owner) on the phone to come back to the shop as they forgot to put the ribs in the order. He knew this as the ribs were on the warmer and forgot to pack into my order. I live I Noosa and it’s a good 15 min each way, so I drove down to get my order to be given the old ribs from my order that had been sitting in the warming shelf for over 45min. They could not even make new ribs. So of course, the ribs were shocking and so was everything else by the time I got home to eat this meal. The food was horrendous just like this establishment and the owner’s attitude. While being in the establishment to get my order I witnessed the attitude of the owner and they way he spoke and treated his staff. I can not believe that an owner would treat/talk to his staff in this manner he did. Show some respect to your staff and people. I suggest that the owner goes and has some training in customer service and the correct manner on how to treat staff members little own go back and learn how to prepare eatable food. Worst service from the blonde new staff member on the front desk. She took a call on a mobile in the middle of our order and just was plain rude in her manner. We had to wait for her to take the order which was disgusting. Why have the front of house person take orders anyway when clearly there was other staff members? The least she could do was tell the caller to wait or do we not teach basic manners in hospitality training anymore? We had to order drinks as a separate order and I tried to tell her where we were seated and she just let me know "yeah we'll just put you at 10" Once seated we watched her do nothing except talk to a young teen boy through the window. I approached her to ask if she was still bringing out our drinks with a reply of "oh" Once she brought the drinks out we let her know we were appalled with the service only to be greeted with attitude and told she had alot to do and I replied with the truth of no you didn't you were doing nothing. She put her hands up rudely with attitude saying talk to my boss which is what I intend to do. I'm absolutely disgusted at the lack of training and disgusting service. We are locals and used to love coming down to your restuarant. Something needs to be done about this as your regular customers won't like coming there anymore ~ give the positions to people who actually want to work and who have had training!!!!!! Really disappointing, Used to come here a lot and the service and food was really good. However this restaurant's standards have dropped dramatically. I arrived at the restaurant with my friend and went up to the bar to ask for a table. The lady at the bar was very moody. She took us to our table and chucked us some menus. We sat down at a sticky, food covered table, as we looked around the entire restaurant was disgusting. Had food all over the floor. The booths were torn and overall the restaurant was completely dead and really looked like it was on its last legs. Our meal was brought over. Me and my friend were not super hungry so we just got a couple of tacos, (pulled pork and pulled beef) and two beers. The woman at the bar forgot out beers because she was busy talking to a friend I am assuming? And our tacos were rancid at best. Both my tacos were cold, had no flavour and looked like dog food. I ate about a quarter of it and decided it was definitely not worth it. I honestly thought it would make me sick it was so bad. The taco had pulled pork and cabbage on it, That was it! Save your money people, its a shame this restaurant has gone so downhill. But standards are important in a hospitality business the owner and staff need to see that.
