Came into here for lunch with my family and where do I start, the staff are rude, we ordered a wrap that we got balled up and not folded properly to the point that we had to re wrap the wrap, ordered a ham and cheese with no sauce and they put sauce on it and then got upset when we said that it was no sauce and tried to argue with us that we wanted sauce and then was visibly angry forcing things into the bin, one staff member tapping on the bench then rudely demanding what's in this when asking about the Salads in one and then asking what did you say after each salad. Overall very disappointed and would give no stars if I could. The staff need training in how to treat customers and how to handle food properly. Hi was in there probably on Saturday when Tim Stamp was in, can say I was an observer & that the staff of Subway tried to get the order right but how can they do so when the customer is not paying attention, not responding to clarification to any requests or instead deciding to talk amongst themselves instead of putting in the order correctly. I think the staff showed utmost patience and are always friendly and well trained. What can I say other than this morning on 30/09/2025 was the most disappointing, unprofessional and underwhelming experience at any Subway we've encountered. The store was quiet and yet were left ignored and unacknowledged. When one of the male staff members had finished with the customer ahead and we thought we'd be served after waiting about 8-10 minutes already, he walked right passed us into the kitchen, not a word or "won't be a moment".
