Found this place after searching for Pakistani street food in Sydney. Reviews and menu looked good so decided to give it a go.
Ordered: Pani puri - great flavours, puris were handmade, pani was flavoursome. Perfect spice level. Even kids loved it. Chicken and corn soup - delicious, perfect flavours and consistency. I make this all the time and consider myself queen of soups, so I was a critic here but I'll be back for that soup! Chapli club sandwich - wow!! Mindblowing sandwich. I'm well-travelled but never had anything like this before! Triple layer sandwich, cut in triangles, kept shape without falling apart or being sloppy. Cucumber, tomato, special mayo and cabbage with a chapli kebab. The unique bread in the middle is the 'moist maker'. That was heavenly. Don't change that recipe. Hubby had a chicken Anda burger and enjoyed it. Mango rasmalai - haven't had mango rasmalai before, so this was a real treat. Customer service is commendable too. Definitely going to be regular. The soup menu is something I've been looking for, so can't wait to try...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHome style food. Really nice and very polite hosts. We are vegetarian and looking at the options, I wasn't sure. But I was wrong. The way the food is cooked freshly without too much masala, gives that home cooked meal feeling. Would highly recommend papri chat, paratha chana and paneer roll. My 3yr old calls it "paratha hut" as he absolutely loved the paratha and chai. The host was really kind enough to share Kashmiri chai with me. Going to have that everytime I go. To end the dinner, we bought Gulab jamun. OMG, reminded me of my hometown. Best ever and authentic I had in Sydney so far. Overall, I would definitely be back and highly recommend this place. Hopefully with time the business will grow and I will get a taste of food our brothers eat across the border. Politics divide,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was randomly searching for food on my last visit to Sydney and I found out about 2Bites Chaska Cafe⦠We walked in there, and they were celebrating their restaurantās anniversary. We went pretty late and it was almost closing time but they took our order and they freshly made everything just before closing down. Surprisingly they offered us their buffet for free and we tried almost everything from their BBQs to curries and couldnāt fault a single thing.
Any way we sat with owner and bhabi for hours and had long conversations⦠to my surprise they got extensive knowledge of food and managing restaurants.
Food quantity and quality was superb Environment is perfect Family friendly restaurant
Specially the owners are great :)
Looking forward to try it again on our next...
