I was told by a friend that this place had great pastries and fresh offerings and they so like it that they brought some pastries to work and shared them with me. So today I decided to try it out for myself. The shop has great fresh pastries and I was greeted warmly with a smile at the front by the very well presented Barista and was very pleasantly surprised to have a pleasant chat with Abigail who was present and engaged. The other staff gave space for this and brought out my really great (and substantial) banana bread - perfectly toasted. I really enjoyed also the pleasant spirit of the patrons and brief banter, who clearly enjoy getting their morning coffee’s and were personally pleasant as well. In this Sydney environment of an over focus of the task and financial transactions and doing the ā€œbusinessā€, it is very pleasing to come across a warm heart in the middle of it all. Places like this deserve more patronage by having a balance of business and the touch - I hope that is not lost. Btw the outside furniture is really nice - comfortable chairs - smart tables, and a dog water dish for canine friends (being next door to a Veterinarian practice - that is practical and great common sense). 5 stars to the warm heart of Turramurra

Amici Street Cafe is an absolute hidden gem on a quiet, peaceful street in Turramurra. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by friendly staff & transported to what feels like a small Italian cafe. Having Gabriel coffee means every coffee is just perfection and their new iced strawberry matcha was one of the best I’ve tried! Their menu is unique and unlike your regular Sydney cafe. Every item is so flavourful and refreshing, I couldn’t fault a single thing. A must try is the Mi Scusi, Sicilian & their mortadella panini. This cafe is the perfect spot to enjoy an Autumn brunch with friends, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere and impeccable service at this cafe—every dish, from the creamy pasta to the smoked salmon eggs benedict, was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The coffee was top-notch with stunning latte art.

My partner and I went for a coffee after a gym session on a Friday morning. I walked into this coffee shop and one of the attendants seemed to look me over and judge me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. In the lack of any sort of greeting I asked whether we could have a sit outside, she did not say any word and just pointed out a table. As we went outside to take our sit she told us that orders where taken at the counter and promptly closed the door and walked away, again adding to our welcoming feeling. We then decided to leave. Perhaps it was a busy day and the attendant was overwhelmed for some reason, it happens. But unfortunatelly it made our...
